4. Data Retention Period
We apply the principle of data minimization and store personal data only for as long as necessary.

Personal data related to the performance of a contract is retained for 5 years after contract conclusion to ensure fulfilment and claim enforcement.

Documents related to tax obligations are archived in accordance with tax legislation for 10 years.
After the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted.
5. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors)
Your data is processed primarily by the Controller. In some cases, it may be transferred to carefully selected and authorized third parties strictly for the purposes described.
Subcontractors may include:

The Controller declares that:
